Process Step by Step Outline

1.) Obtain a hard copy of the Enrollment Application Form by request or use the Easy Enrollment Application Form that you may
print out yourself.

2.) Select a program option for number of classes subjects to schedule ( 5,6,7 ) for full time students and include the type of diploma
program desired ( General, Vocational, or College ), which will be 24 credits. Academic Scholar is also available at 27 credits. Bible
School at 25 credits.

3.) Complete the Enrollment Application Form and obtain a copy of your High School credit transcripts from the last High School
you attended.

4.) Submit the Enrollment Application Form, Previous High School Transcripts, Proof of Identification, Yearly Registration Fee (
$25.00 ), and Curriculum and Tuition Fees ( number of classes scheduled x $20.00 ) to Gospel Way Virtual Christian Center - PO
Box 1278 - Monticello, Fl. 32345-1278

5.) Once we have the above information and fee payments, a student records file will be constructed and an individual student
schedule formulation of courses by grade level will be made to meet the Florida Department of Education Guidelines for
graduation of selected desired diploma program, which we will try to keep within the 24 credit requirements.

6.) We will then send the student / parent a receipt for payments and a copy of the student courses schedule for graduation.

7.) The first or next set of workbooks or textbooks for each class subject scheduled will be ordered from curriculum companies, sent
to us for removal of any test materials, and then sent to the student to begin work. The student will also be sent a log in ID &
Password to access student curriculum on the high school web site.

8.) Once the student receives their workbooks or textbooks they can begin work. Students need to keep these guidelines in mind!
A full time student must work at lest 40 hours per week on assignments.
All workbooks issued as a set for the scheduled subjects, must be completed to maintain balance, before the next set of workbooks
will be issued.
A student needs to complete and test out of an issued set of subject workbooks within a 30 day period to stay in recommended goal
guidelines.

9.) Parents are in complete control of when their children accesses the Internet or works on their computers. The only time the
student will need the computer is when they check answers of their work progress, take a main test, or need to know additional
information about an assignment. It is also recommended that the parent supervise to ensure that work is being done and that
there is no cheating on main tests.

10.) When a student is ready to check their work in their workbooks, they:
Go to www.gospelwayvirtualchristaincenter.com
Click on the link that says students go to homeroom
Enter the ID & Password issued by the school
Click on the particular subject of interest
Click on the workbook number
Check your answers

11.) When a student is ready to take a workbook main test, they must email the school and request that the test be placed on line
for viewing. The student will then be notified by return email that the test is on. A student will be given 3 days to access the test for
completion, then, the test will be removed from the screen. Use the same procedure as above with links. When you come to
workbook number page, click on that workbook test. The test will be graded by us and a congratulations slip will be sent to the
student if passed. Once all the subject tests for this issued set has been completed, a progress report will be sent to the student /
parent.

12.) Submit to the school curriculum & tuition fees for the next set of workbooks as stated in step 4. Then, follow steps 6 - 11.
To keep the work flow proceeding, you may submit curriculum and tuition fees a week prior to student completing all current
Main Tests, so that the next set of workbooks can be ordered and received in a timely manner, with out down time for the student.

13.) We request that you give us notice if you intent to discontinue school programs.
